3. User Accounts

Account Security

Account Termination

4. Video Generation Credits and Billing

Free Tier

Anonymous users receive daily free credits for motion control and other AI video control features. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits and may include watermarks on generated videos.

Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans and credit packages are available with pricing displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (Stripe, Creem, PayPal).

Credit Usage

• Video generation tasks consume credits based on complexity, duration, and resolution
• Credits are deducted only when generation tasks complete successfully
• Failed tasks due to provider errors trigger automatic credit refunds
• Unused subscription credits do not roll over to subsequent billing periods unless specified in your plan

Refund Policy

Unless required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. Credits are automatically refunded for failed generation tasks. For billing disputes or technical issues, contact our support team.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

When using AIVideoControl's motion control and AI video control features, you agree NOT to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Create videos depicting violence, hate speech, or adult content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute generated videos as a competing service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with AIVideoControl

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.

6. User Content and Generated Videos

Your Content

You retain ownership rights to images, videos, and prompts you upload to AIVideoControl. By uploading content, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

Generated Videos

You own the videos generated through our motion control and AI video control tools, subject to:

• Compliance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Restrictions imposed by underlying AI model providers
• Attribution requirements for free tier usage (if specified)

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
• Lawful use of generated videos
• Compliance with third-party platform policies when sharing videos
• Any claims arising from your use of generated content

7. Third-Party AI Model Providers

AIVideoControl integrates multiple AI model providers (Kie.ai, Runway, Luma, Veo, and others) to deliver motion control and video generation services.

• Service availability depends on third-party provider uptime
• Generated video quality and capabilities vary by model
• Provider terms and usage policies apply to your use of their models through our platform
• We are not responsible for third-party provider failures or service interruptions

8. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

AIVideoControl's software, website design, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology are owned by AIVideoControl and/or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

Trademarks

"AIVideoControl" and related logos are trademarks of AIVideoControl. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Availability

AIVideoControl is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific quality or accuracy of generated videos
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Availability of specific AI models or features

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIVideoControl is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for content generated by users or third-party AI models

AI-Generated Content Risks

AI-generated videos may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected results. You should review all generated content before use in production or commercial contexts.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of AIVideoControl is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms
