Credits, Anonymous Limits, and Failure Refunds
Understand how AIVideoControl handles anonymous trial limits and signed-in credit protection.
Anonymous Usage
AIVideoControl allows anonymous users to run up to 3 generations per day.
The limit is evaluated using fingerprint, IP, and current date, then enforced before task creation.
Signed-in Credits
Signed-in users consume credits when a generation task is created.
Current P0 pricing baseline:
- Motion Control: 50 credits
- Frame-to-Frame: 50 credits
Automatic Refunds
If provider status reaches failed:
- signed-in users receive automatic credit refunds
- anonymous generation slot is restored
This applies to polling-driven failures and webhook-driven failures.
Why This Matters
You can iterate without losing credits on upstream provider errors, which keeps production planning predictable.
